There are a few ways to work with me for naturopathic and functional medicine consultations:
There are several types of naturopathic consultations and it usually flows in the order of an initial consultation followed by an extensive return consult and subsequent return consults or an acute consult as needed (see naturopathy consults for inclusions in each consultation type).
The Wholebody Wellness, Gut Health Optimiser, The Health Optimiser or The DNA Optimiser packages are suited to those who are ready to commit to 3 to 6 months of health optimisation and would like the VIP service (including some inclusions that the individual consults don’t offer). This is the most popular option considering that achieving optimal health is a ‘journey’ and a minimum of 3-6 months is usually required for best outcomes.
All consultations are held securely online via the Practice Better app which integrates Zoom and other resources to assist you on your path toward achieving wholebody wellness. All supplement prescriptions are delivered directly to you via express post.
