This return consult continues on after the initial which includes a functional health analysis and we collaboratively create your ‘holistic health & wellness plan’. It’s also suitable for those who would like a functional test analysis or have had 6 months between appointments.

Ongoing health coaching to help you with the behavioural changes needed to achieve your self-determined goals. This includes identifying obstacles that may be contributing to your less than ideal health and we explore realistic solutions for any barriers.
