    • A comprehensive personalised written ‘holistic health & wellness plan’ which outlines the roadmap to achieving your unique health goals.

Please note: this will be provided in consult two if there are multiple medications, oncology treatment or complex medical conditions or if further testing is required to ensure safety.

  • This return consult continues on after the initial which includes a functional health analysis, the analysis and report of findings from your functional DNA test and we collaboratively create your ‘holistic health protocol’.

  • The cost of functional tests will be provided as an estimate after the initial consultation however please consider the below additional (optional) costs:

    • DNA Testing starts from approximately $399-440* + shipping. The majority of the time we only require the one test kit but there are certain times where I may recommend additional tests.

    • Health Optimiser - Advanced Health Check tests approximately $315* in consult 1 (MOST of these tests may be covered under Medicare or you may have recent results we could use to reduce this cost). Allow $115 out of pocket in blood testing.

    • Health Optimiser checkup (in consult 4 or 5 months from the first test - tests will likely be covered under medicare + a couple paid privately). 

    • Vively Health App + continual glucose monitor approx $249 or 20% off if you order it under me as your practitioner.

    • A quote for other functional tests would be provided before ordering (see Functional Testing for more tests).

    • If you are certain you would like 2 or more functional tests, then I’d recommend The Health Optimiser 6 month package rather than this one to allow for the extra consults to go through more test results.

  • Yes, you can pay in full upfront; Pay a deposit and then monthly instalments. Alternatively, if we set up a custom package you can also choose to pay in two parts.

  • After signing up, you’ll be sent a welcome email with all the details. You’ll be invited to join Practice Better and download the app which is where my online clinic is run from. This is where we’ll have online Zoom consultations and you can upload any documents, access resources, results, diet and lifestyle journals and holistic healthcare plans.

    Your supplements will be shipped direct to you via express post from either Vital.ly (or similar) or my dispensary.

    You will have access to my calendar to be able to make your bookings at your convenience. You’ll also have the ability to message me privately through the app which is exclusive to these packages.

  • There is a 7-day cooling-off period where you can change your mind as long as this is before your first consult. If you need to cancel after this time, please refer to my Cancellation Policy

  • I have a wide array of services and there are plenty of options that don’t include genetic testing. If you’re not sure which is the best one for you, I’d recommend filling out the New Client Application Form and we can arrange a free 15 minute Discovery Call to chat about your needs and health goals.

  • I also use Smart DNA and we can discuss which DNA test/s are going to be right for you in the initial consult. I won’t know which is the test/s for you until we have completed a comprehensive holistic assessment.

    I don’t recommend and I do not use 23andMe or Ancestry DNA for multiple reasons. However, if you already have those results, some genetic SNPs may provide useful insights so I would use that in conjunction with some new tests.

  • No, I don’t test for these genes and I do not screen for high-risk hereditary diseases or cancer. You will need to see a clinical geneticist / genetic counsellor - if you require that, I can refer you to my preferred practitioner.

  • Yes there is the option to buy individual consultations however I do not usually recommend this as it does not come with the extra in-between consult support. The reason I developed this package was because that I saw how much more clients benefit when they get the extra support, education and resources between sessions. However, if you’d still prefer to pay-as-required, just let me know and we can arrange that. I would allow a minimum of 3 consultations spread a month apart (ie Initial consult, extended return consult + return consult/s).

  • Yes, I offer custom packages and I also have “The Health Optimiser” 6 month package if you think you’d like the extra consults and additional functioning testing. If cancer is your concern or main priority, I have a 6 month ‘Holistic Cancer Support’ package. Further, I also offer custom packages where we can create a plan up to 12 months based on your unique needs and health goals.
