Appointment & Cancellation Policy

I understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, I do appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice. A cancellation without 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $50.

For prepaid initial appointments, I do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before making the payment. You may opt to reschedule your appointment to another agreed day/time. 

For return and acute naturopathy consultations, provided you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, you can opt to reschedule your appointment to another agreed day/time or you can be provided with a full refund of the fees.

For packages, if your decision to cancel the entire package is made before your package commences and is within 7 days of purchase, you can opt for a full refund. However, once the package has commenced (after the initial consultation), and you don’t wish to proceed with the package, you can either opt to terminate the package early (no further funds are payable after the initial consultation) OR you can reschedule your appointment to another agreed date/time. 

If unforeseen circumstances arise, and I am unable to proceed with an appointment, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided. You will be given both options on the day of cancellation.
